Bill, and ALL: Go to this Chart site and PLUG in these symbols. FTEL-BB, NSPK, DLGC, NMSS, IDTC, VOCLF, MLT, INTL, LU cbs.marketwatch.com What do they all have in common?? all Providing IP tel. Look at the middle of OCT on all of the companies. What Do they have in Common during the Middle of OCT. Look at the Run up they ALL had from Aug. to OCT. Only IDT's chart is going UP, They also seem to be ahead in the IP network. Granted FTEL is down Big time But we are still up from Aug. time frame. It is Crunch time for Franklin But can we expect any upward pressure in the next 3 weeks?? I will also be Running by Spring if Franklin can't get the network off the Ground. One thing I do know The Tempest WORKS and Very well. for right now thats ALL I care About. If Frank can IPO fnet, the rest will be History. Remember some investors put up 7Mill that's not pocket change. I'm sure they know what we have in the Works. Enough BaBBLING. Gota get back to my TO DO LIST before the Wife gets home. ggggg Neil W

Finally had a chance to go back and read posts. Am left somewhat baffled by the responses to stt, and others posing questions or raising what they percieve as issues. Many of you obviously have unlimited time and resources to follow every hiccup of this company, and often use that knowledge to brutilize rather than enlighten those less knowledgeble. We, with perhaps less time and fewer resources, come to this thread to ask questions (often to try and get real info believe it or not) and are crucified for not being Ftel experts, for sometime misspeaking (as in not phrasing our questions with the proper Ftel spin), and if all else fails for bad grammer or mis-spelling. I would point out, that for what ever reason, while the Dow, and S&P are up nicely over the past week; and NASDAQ (as of the last couple days), Ftel is off about 10%. This, inspite of a good market and news which seems to make most thread posters positively giddy. For me that only amounts to -$11,000.00 and change-for some of you heavy hitters (Giora I think you said over 100 k shares?) thats over -$40,000.00 in a week. Maybe stt posed the wrong question or an improperly worded question, or a question lacking in the proper deference for Helen and Frank's genius and wonderous powers, but people look at the price, look at the news, and tell me you don't have some questions. So why do I continue to hold the shares (beat you to it Elk <gg>)-d..n that is a good question.
