I'm ALL for "business investment" but I'm not so crazy about tax breaks for investment in general. I'm making my money right now by investing in stocks. If I thought anybody cared what I was writing I'd never say this but I think that "investors" (not me but higher income ones) should pay a higher tax rate. Any breaks they give small businesses are great in my book. Especially if it provides an incentive for higher employment. And they really need to CUT the "red tape".
