You don't have your facts straight and are unwilling to consider the facts and learn the truth from them... tsk.

The government has already pumped billions into a few failing schools in an attempt to turn them around and create a model program. It was a complete failure. None of the schools improved and some even got worse. It has nothing to do with either major political party, and I am not a supporter of either. Will that ever sink in to that lock tight, lock step, partisan brain of yours... I have my doubts.

For you ideas equal: Dem perfect (no need to think for yourself)... Repub always bad (just oppose them) ... and thar jest aint nuttin else.

That is why you get called a moron. You have no ideas or thoughts of your own, you've shown an unwillingness or incapacity to think for yourself. The dem vs repug ideas require no thought if you have presupposed commitment to the ideas of either, which you do: dem always god(not a typo), repugs always bad.

DEFINITELY NOT a higher level thinker. .. you can drop that rant.

Hi koan; Re: "The schools are only failing because of lack of money."; Chicago high schools spend $7587 per student as of 2013. See their website for the details: cps.edu

If a typical class size is 15 students, that means they spend $190,000 per classroom each year.

The #1 rated (by USNews and World Report) high school in the country is in Dallas, Texas (a state run by people who hate minorities and education, according to your blinkered view LOL). It's called the School for the Talented and Gifted. It is 58% minority:
usnews.com

This famous magnet school, the absolute best in the nation, spends $5747 per student.

So no, dumping more money on the Democrat-controlled teachers unions in the democrat-controlled cess-pool cities isn't going to improve your loser students education. It will just allow more money to be thrown into the back pockets of the corrupt politicians and lazy teachers you guys hire on the basis of their political slant.
