<<I also think that since phentolamine is an
anti-hypertension drug, the FDA is going to be very hard to convince that
Vasomax is safe. People who have normal blood pressure shouldn't be taking
drugs like this and people who suffer from hypertension that are already taking
other anti-hypertension drugs certainly shouldn't be taking drugs like this. A
drop in blood pressure blow the normal range can cause dizzyness and loss of
consciouness.>

Phentolamine will drop blood pressure, but so will alprostadil (the active ingredient in MUSE and Caverject) and the FDA approved both. Vivus even urges doctors to administer the drug to the patient in the office setting so that blood pressure can be checked before turning the patient loose with the stuff at home. MUSE and Caverject are both commonly given to hypertensives on medication.

I am not long ZONA, in fact may go short Monday.
