Who is Dahlia Lithwick? Now the problem is that Obama's judicial appointments are not very good? Are you saying that Kagan and Sotomayer are substandard?>>

en.wikipedia.org

Lithwick describes Obama's judicial philosophy in this article:

slate.com

I think his philosophy is very sound. The courts were never intended to legislate.

She was talking about all the federal judges across the country. Kagan and Sotomayer are Ok, but neither is a hard core young brilliant liberal.

I don't think there has ever been a young USSC judge. I don't know Kagan but I think Sotomayer is brilliant.

I don't understand. You think that Obama's appointed judges are on the side of the rich?>>

Some, but mostly he didn't appoint hard core liberal judges to counteract the hard core right wing judges. And he was slow in doing it.

Wasn't he 'slow' because the Rs wouldn't approve his appointments?
