Well, then Obama is the guy for you.

But what about reality tejek. Nothing is getting done in congress. Only courts are making the laws and they are making RW laws! And without left wing judges as a counter balance they will prevail.

Environmental laws are being struck down across the country and plutocrats have their own judges and on and on.

Anything liberal is being torn apart as much as the RW can.

And did you forget it was the supreme court that gave us citizens united and weakened our voting rights laws.

And federal RW courts will feed into all that crap and anything else the RW tosses their way.

They freed Cheney from criminal acts in Texas. The RW courts across the country are also weakening laws that protect women, minorities, gun laws and on and on and on.

The courts are running everything in the country; and you also dont' think we should be packing the courts like the RWers? Really?

No, he evidently believes that is the sole prerogative of the president. Just make the rules up as you go.
