Bush was just the inevitable collapse of Raygunism; he was the guy left holding the bag, but he accelerated collapse with a badly prosecuted war, followed by the dumbest war ever, while cutting taxes to finance them.

It's sad but it's going to take decades to clean up the Republican caused messes..

Wars, virtually no funding for infrastructure, education....

Pathetic.

Jerry has done a good job of turning around California. Revenues up big time and finally they will spend some on infrastructure and education and human services.

My dad had a big laugh when the Repubs claimed that Raygun defeated the Soviets.

Boeing knew way back in the early 1970's that they couldn't keep up military spending with us.

Roughly 60% of their GDP going into their military...

Shall we say bankrupt..

Raygun just dragged us further into debt...

Absolutely no need to spend more money on our military when he was in office.

Not even a good actor...
