Mario, each one of the us brings his/her own criteria to evaluating a stock. . I concentrate on the Company's business plan. Depending on what stage the plan is at, the questions that I look to answer are, is the plan feasible and are they on track. What are the stumbling blocks and what measures have been taken to overcome them. Take into concideration the company's products, the overall sector and how the company compares. Study the balance sheet for debt, cash flow and profit margin mostly. Then compare notes with others. This is a general quick response without trying to put anyone to sleep. What we as a group are trying to find are good companies with good TA and FA. In case the TA does not come through, it should therefore be safe to hold these companies. Sergio
