<<Again, I will ask, do any of you know a stock which
you believe will return a higher percentage gain by Nov. 98?>>

No David, I cant think of one, and that's way I increased my position on this company from 35,000 shares to 42,000 shares and should be at 50,000 by years end. TraderGreg brought up and excellent summary about tax loss this time of year which IMHO is very accurate and appropriate for this company and the current situation; people will sell the stock in the last two weeks in December, walk the price down and come back the first two weeks in January. Yes, the return is minimal to the tax payer/year, but at .73 cents a share, the share holder could increase their position by 4000 to 5000 shares! And at 10 bucks a share potential by mid next year is 50 big ones. Compared to their position at six bucks / share this looks great to them.

This company has no where to go but up in the next three to six months. Remember,.... all those political bureaucrats in Utah want to be politically correct when it comes to Class V disposal and the adverse environmental ramifications if it does not go through!
Darrel Hackman of the 'Hackman Report' told me about numerous incidences that occur when eighteen wheelers just dumped there waste in open fields on the outskirts of town, because of the lack of facilities to accept the waste. This IS NOT good for the water table!!
