Sadly the inevitable becomes clear.

GM tried to sell off Opel before.

Excess capacity means no buyers for old high cost plants.

It seems the whole world never understood that every new plant in China was adding to excess capacity globally.

Note the unions once again take it in the chin.

It is all those "high paying jobs" that get displaced.

True competition always destroys the fat and bloated first.

Really should not be a surprise.

Politicians and their games.

Corruption until it no longer works.
