There is another video of another fence design that was being shown to some members of Congress, including Grandpa McCain. Same thing happened while they watched.

Sure, you can build one that is taller, extends further underground or even electrified. It is all a matter of money. And humans are clever, so besides having to repair it, you'd have to be upgrading it. Besides, the numbers have been declining since the Great Economic Bellyflop.

AS a guy who used to go where he wanted in Texas, I'd climb over, go under, or just cut fences to get to where I wanted to go. A fence is only good for stopping animals. To a human, a fence is simply an obstacle to be breached.
