That is exactly what I had in mind.

"That's not restricting the rights of those you would have been paying for. That's just being free to exercise your own beliefs."

Agreed. However, the potential for abuse is huge and if pressed we will see the concept of "beliefs" rendered meaningless in the litigious sphere.
