I wasn't thinking beliefs, would arbitrarily be labeled meaningless, I was thinking some sort of equivocation would be employed to render them meaningless, like environmentalist beliefs in something are equivalent to religious beliefs. Much the same as has been used in rendering the term marriage meaningless in the litigious realm.

Because to me, fake believers are easy to spot.

And even if you can't - Just don't mandate and control people so much and you want have to. Just don't make anyone pay for drugs for coverage for drugs for third parties unless they have a contractual obligation to do so. Drop all the mandates and "fake religion" isn't an issue.
