Can someone clarify all these relationships for me?

1. In the research report on Oilex, Inc. prepared by Howard Bronson & Company (November 14, 1996) a Willard Davis is shown under "Management, Directors and Consultants" with the following brief profile:

Willard Davis, Operations, has 25 years of experience in oil and gas industry field work as well as commercial real estate development. His particular experise will be crucial to OILEX in deciding which wells are the most promising to put into production and in implementing and maintaining well production standards of profitability.

QUESTION: Is this Willard Davis the same as Willie C. Davis who is shown on Oilex's August 5, 1997 10KSB SEC filing as an "officer and director" in Phoenix Reserves?

2. In the same research report on Oilex, Inc. prepared by Howard Bronson & Company a Paul L. Burditt is shown under "Management, Directors and Consultants" with the following brief profile:

Paul L. Burditt, Field Manager of the Big Foot Field, worked in construction management for 13 years. His responsibilities as manager of the Big Foot Field include particular emphasis on instruction and training in the new and advanced oil retrieval technology.

QUESTION: Is Paul L. Burditt any relationship to Allen L. Burditt, II, "Consultant" to Oilex and Owner of Phoenix Reserves?

3. On multiple filings to the SEC, Oilex, Inc. reports a Cynthia C. Timmins as Secretary/Treasurer and Director.

QUESTION: Is Cynthia C. Timmins any relationship to Oliver H. Timmins, III, President of Oilex?
