I am looking at the world, not just Chicago.

And even as I see us becoming more ethical I can also see over population is causing social systems to break down.

So going forward, I expect city states where some people live very well and others live in lawlessness.

If I was a kid in Chicago, I'd seek asylum in Canada. It would at least make for some embarrassing political theater, just like this...
