Can you tell me if this agreement can be found on-line? I was not aware that MKE had a profit sharing arrangement with Quantum. Seems like that should provide some protection in a downturn making Quantum's earnings the least sensitive. Unfortunately, Quantum's earnings seem as volitile as anyone else's, although perhaps for different reasons.
