I was told a good while back that Quantum's price from MKE was not volume dependent. Did you find this in the Master Agreement? Can you tell me if this agreement can be found on-line? I was not aware that MKE had a profit sharing arrangement with Quantum. Seems like that should provide some protection in a downturn making Quantum's earnings the least sensitive. Unfortunately, Quantum's earnings seem as volitile as anyone else's, although perhaps for different reasons.
