<<Biggest risk seems to me is weak yen and Asian currencies. But then again, does anyone remember Toshiba Infinia?>> I think Asian currencies have deflated enough and may have reached their bottoms. With the Japanese Govt issuing bonds, and interest rate rising, the yen is likely to strengthen, although the BOJ does not want that to happen. The Japanese are in a tough situation because they do not want the yen to rise against US$, but they seem to have exhausted all other options. The Chinese have not devalued their currency, though, because everyone seems to believe that it is very low; but it is difficult to predict the Chinese move.

<< PC Industry including component makers still grow.>> I tend to believe this will happen. The need for large disk storage units will grow, IMO, as the sub-$100 PC owners get tempted for audio and video commmunication via internet and for storage of their favorite clips.
