BofA/Merrill Lynch Upgrades Ultratech (UTEK) to Buy 7:13 AM ET, 07/07/2014 - Street Insider BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded Ultratech (NASDAQ: UTEK) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $31.00. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Kirk, a very long time ago, Bob Brinker had a "buy" recommendation on a company that I vaguely recollect as being called Ultratech Stepper. Is UTEK the same company Bob Brinker put the "buy" recommendation on very many years ago?
