You will not have to take any flak if you quit reading winger blog sites, taking their propaganda material and without giving any thought just posting them here.

I just registered into Medicare and had an excellent experience at the Social Security office during registration. I wondered why they were so efficient, so courteous and delivered to my satisfaction. I realized that they were not working for a "personal profit" like the private sector does. Instead, they were providing a service and their level of service was not dependent on the person's ability to contribute to "their profit".

I am speaking from experience, not from reading blog sites. I have interacted with Govt. agencies quite a bit since I am a naturalized American. And each time I have had a wonderful experience. Consequently, while you talk about the ability to fire them, and I don't know why, I wonder why we don't hire more of them since they provide a selfless service unlike those in the private sector who only do so for people who can add to "their profit". This approach stated in another way tells me "I will only provide service to those where there is something in it for me, namely my profit."

And I don't moderate my threads to be slanted in a specific political side. People that post are those who are original thinkers, have a rationale for their opinions and not a bias and those who can express their opinions in a non hurtful way.

They say don't try to reason a bias out of a person because it was not reasoned into him to begin with.
