Zeev really should... I spend more time trying to research CTYS than anything I have ever been in. I sure wish I had understood the implications of the $50m preferred stock offerings (as a negative instead of as a sign of support). The other thing I have learned from all of this: check out the company's accounting practice. While there have been several articles discussing it, I really didn't digest their implications until I was out (people invested in FPFG, SFC, AAM, and other subprime lenders may be about to get hammered tomorrow because of this)!
