Doug, I am not sure what you and Ken mean by IFCI and KLOC, etc. Are you confusing me with another poster? In any event, in my original post on this thread I brought up some issues concerning TA and its application to penny stocks vs. large caps. Since TA is your stated area of expertise and it seems that this thread will--yet again-- concentrate on penny stocks, as well as use TA to partially justify purchase decisions, I do not think it is beyond the rubric of this thread if you would review my original comments and post your reponse. Thanks.
