Most are NOT aware VALERO intentionally delayed the one in ARUBA to exploit the situation to eventually continue with the expansion.

And as you note many don't want any here. But what if they tore down SAN ONOPRE.. Now that would make a nice spot for one. And yes I know I make a SILLY..

Ok then who about we put one in the middle of the dessert and run the pipelines to such.. And then burry all those pipelines to move it here and there. .Ok I make another silly.

My finger is getting tired of building this stuff..

Bottom line.. CRUDE is not going to 40 anytime soon.

And if one truly wants to reduce demand then ol T BOONE has a decent plan.. Except he's had a decent plan for some 20 years.. HMM come to think of it.. I've been reading hearing about less dependency since I first sat in a gas line at the pumps when I was 20.. And that's near 45 years ago.

I'd say we've a failure to communicate and it's because too many have their own agendas and desires.

Have a fun day.. I'm falling asleep watching the market take off because of WFC. HMM wonder what happens when many realize ol WFC earnings are last quarter. What happens if the poop hits and things slow down more than anticipated. I know that can't happen. Neither could that 2.9 revision in GDP and let's not pay attention to what may retailers are saying.. IT'S NOT ME.. IT'S THE ECONOMY.. HMM
