The refineries here just add capacity to meet higher demand.

I first thought that pipeline would end at the mississippi ,but it crosses it.

My bet would be padoka - Illinois finds themselves in a shale zone now.

State legislators have passed a law that taxes horizontal drilling by the hole (smart revenue wise).

My bet is if money were to find itself headed towards the state legislatures they could cough up permits quickly.

Keep in mind southern Illinois is not at all like Chicago Dems.

They are half PO'd as southern illinois is a coal mining region.

Great wealth creation has a way of changing minds and if they don't - they may not get elected.
