BOB after near two years.. INTC today turned up on it's RSI to x's.

That is good. So expect a bit more or 10% at minimum. Then be looking for the retrace back under 30 to see if 29.16 holds..

What took it so long? As strong as intc was it wasn't out performing the indices used to compare. That was then... NOW is NOW.
