I'd settle for something like a minimum tax rate on income of 5 or 10% with a constitutional amendment that special interest lobbies can't bribe... er make contributions to elections.... to get special tax credits beyond accelerated depreciation for investments congress wants to encourage.... and maybe limit those to 5%.

The point is money that goes to corporations gets taxed when it is passed on as dividends, salaries and bonuses at fairly high rates already.
