Ok. So corporations are people, complete with a religious identity. But, they should be exempt from income taxes, unlike any other person. In fact, they are very privileged people. An aristocracy, if you will.

Now I do agree that capital gains should be taxed as regular income. But I don't see that happening.

I'm glad someone besides me is saying it out loud.

The corporate income tax is counter-productive, as it raises a paltry $200B/year. Its elimination would create an economic surge that would generate far more than that it other revenue. You would eliminate a substantial layer of bureaucracy, free up foreign money to be repatriated, and encourage business to return to the USA.

It is pretty much a no-brainer.

The only reason for its existence today is as a punisher for business.
