Once again... The statistics are making the statement... I'm just commenting on possible reasons people tend to not upgrade pads as often. As for your comments... most people carry neither a laptop nor a pad nowdays. They ALL carry phones and the phones will do MOST of what they would need a pad to do. For many people phones do everything they need, like my roomie. He's basically abandoned his computer. His phone does all he needs, he doesn't need an iPad. Its a 4 or 5 hundred dollar expense that would be nice to have but isn't necessary and he suffers not a lot for not having it. Most of my clients use their iPhones to do their business stuff. I can only remember ONE using a pad... vaguely. These are general contractors in the main. I work for hundreds every year.
