I think the write down is a good thing. I'm glad they thought of it. Future earnings will look better and be easier to achieve without the drag from the past.

The question is, 'do they have enough money?'. By third quarter next year they will be out of cash without either raising money (more dilution) or selling a bunch of product at high margins. If the order flow doesn't soon change, I doubt they can do either. Let's hope Touchstone is a winner. How many have they manufactured?

By the way, my broker sent me the insider stuff from the Sec. Com. It seems that the new CEO DID NOT BUY stock as previously reported here. He was given 400,000 options at $3.70. BIG DIFFERENCE. My broker says they're also paying him close to $200,000. Not bad for a company in the toilet.

To get the stock up, we need announcements about orders. Lots of them. Then this might do OK. But if I see one more announcement about another joint development or fussy relationship, I'm going to puke.

I wish I had sold when it crossed $3. Instead I bought more, because of new management. That's beginning to look like a mistake. Especially since insiders were still selling. Oh well. Live and learn.
