Bill, thanks for your comments on IBAH. IBD's low rankings are reflected in the TA. There is no question that it is early in the turnaround, even bottom fishing. I prefer this type of investment to getting in on a 52 week high. Please refer to Myron's thread about IBD's 99 stocks and their performance. You might like your chances with lower rated stocks. I looked at RTC and EPIQ and just have a one word response. WOW!!!!! Both look very good. EPIQ may be ahead of itself after the IBD New America article and RTC you have to accept a handsome gap between the bid and ask due to its low volume, but both of these stocks are the kind that we are looking at in this thread.
