Well, I guess we'll discuss fractions now.

2/3 means more than half but less than 3/4.

If I were out of water I wouldn't be firing rockets at my neighbor on whom I was dependent for getting more. Same is true of electricity.

You don't understand. Palestinians are 2/3s the people that Israelis are. Therefore, they get 2/3s the water. Its only fair.
