This is off topic but with all the legal talk here I thought I would ask!

I recently became the victim of some FTSE options that were closed at the low on Oct. 28ish.....while I traded these for years it was through a 3rd party. Bottom line was alot of money....all capital lost and then some....and was told stop would protect us at 40% max lost...Also, FTSE options may not have been legally sold to US person (me). Does anyone know an attorney who may help that knows UK law? The story is much longer.

Much thanks.

Mike, basically so what?? The main point in the Fortune article that OXHP mis-managed their growth would not have changed given the additional hit to reserves. Also, the message that OXHP is in critical condition would also have not changed. I really wish you could squeeze a little silver lining over the fact that 75% of their business is profitable, they recognize their flaws and their try to fix them. All negative reporting gets really tiring.
