Bill many Amati shareholders have been taken some position in Westell, I included. I asked Pat Mudge what her thoughts were and her answer was that she would not take a position in Westell at the present time for the following reasons:

I was wondering what you believe are the merits of her concern. It seems to me, were all those questions Pat poses resolved in a positive manner, Westell could well be into the $20 range or higher. Without the resolution to these questions, it seems she is not attracted to Westell even at $14.
I'd appreciate your slant.

Thanks,
Michael
