When a company is considering coming to market it is common for a broker to solicit on a preliminary basis levels of interest for a proposed debt offering either public or perhaps private (144A). On Monday I will see if they are still snooping in the market after the turbulance in the market last week. I am not in position from my present vantage point to find out as much as I once might have, but I will call some old customers and see if anyone has heard anything. Also will confer with my original source.

Sorry for confusion. JE
