That column of Fred's was one of the more disconcerting ones though it followed long time themes. When one has thought things for decades and others who are obviously perspicacious and percipient report the same thinking and conclusions, it's disconcerting. When the conclusions are not ones that one wants to become real, the fact that others draw the same conclusions is worrying. I'd rather be delusional as per GPS. I don't mind being called delusional by the delusional. It's more worrying to be called correct in some circumstances. Mqurice
