For the six months ended 6/97, net revenues rose 52% to $40.3 million. Net loss from continuing operations rose from $90 thousand to $549 thousand. Revenues reflect higher US CRO and pharmaceutical revenues, and acquisitions. Higher loss reflects $1.1 million in restructuring costs and $176 thousand in merger costs, and higher S/G/A costs.
