I was going to post the dictionary.com definition for you, which is not the same as what you posted, but that's just accomodating you being a jerk.

Even IF you were right and the dictionary defintion of racism doesn't perfectly fit certain phenomena, it does not mean that those phenomena are not caused by feelings about race. And I don't think you're right, anyway.

There is nothing to interpret. Read the definition from the dictionary. It's plain language. It doesn't get any plainer than that. There are no vague words used whatsoever.

There is nothing wrong with the definition. Its your interpretation that is messed up.
