No question......but then its rigged against other minorities and against the general population lacking higher education. And yet, when looking at the stats, blacks fall behind these other groups. One of the reasons for the significant tension between blacks and Latinos in LA was because blacks saw Latinos, who mostly came after them, climbing the economic ladder faster. So why is that? Are blacks genetically inferior, or there are other factors that contribute to their lack of progress vis a vis other groups. I suppose its possible that racism is exercised greatest against blacks than other groups. However, I think its more than that.
