It is a curious acquisition announcement. They seem to be confident that the new acquisition can reach $50 mill in revs, but they only paid a bit more than $2 mill for it, so 4% margins and its paid for in a year. 10% margins would give us some 5 mill in earnings and 25 cents added to the earnings/share.
I can only figure we are missing something here.
David

P.S. I sent my Eco review into Mark Johnson to be posted in his newsletter, but I see in his last post on SI, he states that his wife's water broke and he was heading to the hospital to have a baby, So I suspect he is dealing with his priorities.

<<< Michael E. McGinnis, Chairman, President & CEO of American Eco Corporation announced the purchase of 100 percent of the shares of CCG Commercial Group, Inc., and DBA Specialty Maintenance Group Inc., (''CCG'') of Dallas, Texas. The acquisition was completed in exchange for 210,000 shares of American Eco >>>

The wording makes it sound as if this is the final installment in the acquistion. Why do they say "100 percent" and "was completed"? This is the only thing I can think of to explain why a company that can generate 50 MM a year in revenue (expected) was bought for 2.1 million.
