A total waste of money, but in the overall scheme of things, nothing compared with what they're wanting to do with the trains. I suggest you talk to the Dems and see why they keep blowing the money, though. It is dumb. We have an airline here that gets them, and you can't use them because they'll just cancel your flight without notice if enough people don't show up. (Well, they call you an hour before it is supposed to leave and let you know you don't have a flight).
