According to Baden, most of the first five shots were into his right arm and wouldn't have stopped him. Ordinarily, cops are supposed to shoot to kill, not to disable. If it takes six shots, it takes six shots.

On the face of it, there is no crime. You're presuming a cop who shot someone did so without cause. Cops, like everyone else, are subject to a presumption of innocence.

Really? Can you name the last AG who traveled to a locality to intervene in the shooting death of a perpetrator? I don't remember even Bobby Kennedy doing that.
