The selling in ADPT is overdone. Sellers are banking on a downturn in PC demand, plus the Asian Flu . But virtually all of ADPT's manufacturing is done in Singapore. Of 2794 total employees as of last March, 1,184 were in manufacturing, and of these, 1077 were in Singapore. ADPT's wafer supply is assured through it's contracts with TSMC [Taiwan Semiconductor Manf. Co.] Presumably, ADPT's labor an materials costs are and will be dropping. It's market share in Europe and the U.S. should be increasing. Products made at less cost in Singapore will be sold at dollar denominated prices elsewhere. Even if prices decline due to lessening PC demand, the bottom line should still look great. The demand for PC's, Servers, and NC's will return, and may be even greater due to falling prices. ADPT should prosper, and especially so if your investment horizon is 3 to 5 years.
