Koan they have that generation, and they have more than that generation. I'm sorry Africa doesn't have the same history of civilization as the Asians do, but people aren't equal, and civilizations aren't equal, and I'm not going to worry about inequality like that. We will never make the world "fair"- trying to do that is nuts. But we can make it less unequal, but I do not see the point in trying to make it less unequal for people actually working against you every step of the way. There are better ways to use money. First things first, we need to decriminalize drugs and get that out of the equation. Then, we need to do a much better job in the inner cities and intense rural pockets of poverty, making sure young girls don't give birth to new generations of poor children. And we probably need to being back shame. Shame can be very useful. But right now we throw money at the problem piecemeal, and we do nothing. It's a waste of dollars.
