If people aren't jazzed by giving their customers what they want, then they're in the wrong job. Being in the wrong job is what creates "miserable people who do nothing but punch in numbers and get totally fed up with a job that has reached the point of mundane" If they don't believe "the customer is always right", then they shouldn't be holding a customer oriented job. I hear there are many openings for "Direction Engineers". Those are the guys who stand on street corners and spin their logo'd signs. What a deal. They would get to display their cherished logos and never have to interact with customers. Some people have all the luck. Sure is a pretty day. TED
