If people aren't jazzed by giving their customers what they want, then they're in the wrong job. Lets be serious what customers want might not be what they need. You do not want a short term happy customer you want a reputation that you take care of your customers that is long term growth long term happy . If they don't believe "the customer is always right", then they shouldn't be holding a customer oriented job. Customer wants bicycle tires on their new GMC truck make em happy but the tires won't work. Customers are people unless drones are out shopping take care of people is part of the service of customers. Day feels like a heat wave is coming.
