If during the last few days there are 500,000 warrants in weak hands, I doubt the market could absorb them through the work of arbs, as the price will be too low. Therefore, the end game amounts will be lower than expected. Now, how many warrantholders intent on exercising are backing out? That's the question of the next few days.
If these strong hands become weak we may never burn through them.

As long as half of the warrants are exercised, I believe it will be considered a success. BNGO will come into $8M plus the float will only be 1.65M shares more. BNGO makes NASDAQ and the 4th Q #'s should be very good, as should the yearly #'s. This would be less stress on the 1st Q #'s with more shares and no tax loss carryforward.

If less than 1M warrants are exercised, it would be a failure. I don't think this will happen.

*****What does everyone think of buying warrants now speculating for a stock pop to the $6. 300% in a week! Talk about going against the crowd.
