CJ, Translation: Assad, like the good authoritarian he is, thinks he found a loophole. Translation: It's not Obama's fault Assad found a "loophole," derp derp ... Come on, CJ. What's the point in making a deal with Assad, or any other leader of a rogue state, if they're just going to break it and find loopholes? You seem much more concerned with absolving Obama of any responsibility whatsoever rather than seeing actual results. But when you're lacking the latter, I guess the former is all you can do.
