One thing that is coming to my mind is why I would use the watch to do stuff if I have an iPhone unless I get the Watch to control the iPhone while it isn't in my hand.

I'm pretty sure the watch is not waterproof, or it would have been mentioned; but I wonder if it is water resistant at least. Hard to imagine a sports watch that can't even get a little bit wet. I wish it were waterproof, though, and could track my laps in the pool. Maybe version 2.
