Lots of new construction after a seven year hiatus in the move up single family and some in apartment buildings urban areas in FL. What is ironic is it is all higher end, we have record household net worth near $85T yet the huge working and middle class gets squeezed most unable to get a nice large new home with an affordable PITI at 3.5% interest rates.. They have to rent an older ranch home with bidding wars when they come on the rental market...
