I wonder what koan i s seeing in Alaska because there is where older folks are buying after selling their houses in the contiguous states for a handsome profit. ted, are you seeing a lot of inflow of overseas capital in the housing and commercial construction in Seattle? If yes then it is good since construction is the enabler of the economic boom, I think. What do you folks think about the action the Treasury deptt. took today on curbing this trend of inversions? I think too many people have taken advantage of US economic policies in the name of free markets. Even US citizens!!!!
