It was interesting to hear Bill Clinton just say he thinks the US needs to fix its tax code to be in line with most other countries that DO NOT TAX money earned outside those countries and brought back home to pay salaries, buy back stock or invest in new business. He cited Norway and Sweden as being very liberal governments with high taxes that have zero tax on money earned in other countries, taxed there and returned to Norway and Sweden.
